- Carbohydrates : Carbs are the most important source of energy they contain carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. basically, there are two types of carbohydrates.
a. Simple carbohydrate.
b. Complex carbohydrates.
- Protein: Protein is a very essential element for your body, they contain C, H, O, and nitrogen. Protein is very large molecules, so they can not get directly into our blood, they turned into amino-acids in our digestive system and then they supply to our body organs through blood vessels.
- Fat: Fats are necessary for many body functions, fats keep us warm and give protection to organs, they also help in the production of hormones, the source of fat should be the good source in your meal.
2. Micro Nutrients : Micro nutrients enables various chemical reactions in our body ,they required in less amout in our diet compare to macro nutrients.
Micro Nutrients has two categories
- Vitamins(fat soluble,water soluble)
- Minerals(macro mineral,micro mineral)
